Mohammad Ali Abdullah AlEsayi
Founder, Chairman, & BoD member
After completing his degree from King Fahad Petroleum University in the Operation Management with honors, He was involved in establishing more than 18 successful companies in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
Apart from his Alesayiah group business, he has also invested in other succesful entities spanning multiple sectors and industries. He is a member of the executive council of the Saudi – Indonesia Committee in the Chamber of commerce, and he is committed to developing advanced technologies and formulating innovative proposals unique to Alesayi Group Companies.

Saddam AlHumaikani
Co-founder & CEO
Saddam has over 10 years of extensive experience at the Big Four audit offices in the region. Having obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting/Finance, and Minor in Economics, from the American University of Sharjah (UAE), he now holds a US-CPA certificate and an EMBA from Harvard University in 2022. Since June 2019, He has been working as a co-founder and the CEO of ONYXinv Investment
Ahmed Algaidi
Chief Legal Officer
Ahmed holds a bachelor’s degree in law from AL-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and both a master’s in law and a doctorate in law from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law, USA. He is a published author with his latest publication being “The Impact of COVID-19 on Terminating and Adjusting Contracts.”
Rayyan Bakalka
Legal Assistant
Rayan Bakalka acquired his Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Jeddah in 2019. He is an accredited arbitrator and has 2 years of corporate law experience including litigation involving corporate, labor and personal disputes. At ONYXinv he is the legal assistant and document controller
Ensaf Ibrahim
Project Manager
Ensaf Ibrahim is a PMP certified professional, with more than 14 years of experience in operation and administrations field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology and genetic engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in Irbid.
Gursel Cankaya
Project Manager
Gursel Kancaya is a PMP certified professional who has got his Engineering Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He has a proven track record of more than 25 years in project management, particularly in the construction fields
Jawad Sher Khan
Senior Investment Analyst
Jawad completed his Bachelors in Finance from Prince Sultan College for Business, and he is nearing the completion of the CFA. He has 5 years of professional investment experience in business and finance sectors, and is currently managing our newly launched VC Fund.
Mashael Alnowaiser
HR Specialist
Mashael holds her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of King Abdul Aziz, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She specializes in organizing recruitment procedures, preparing payroll reports, and overseeing appraisals
Aldaee Mohammed
Purchase Officer
Aldaee has got his accounting diploma from Yemen University of Science and Technology, and he now holds the position of purchase officer at ONYXinv.
Karim Zidan
Procurement Specialist
Karim Zidan has acquired his master of business administration from the Istanbul Aydın University in Turkey, and held numerous prominent positions in Cairo and Istanbul before he joined ONYXinv. He is an adaptable and transnational leader with a proven record of managing projects from concept to completion, building cross- functional teams, and making critical decisions during challenges
Faisal Alamoudi
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Faisal has broad experience at the Big Four audit offices in the region, and holds a Bachelor in accounting from Al- Alhliyya Amman University. Additionally, he completed his Master’s degree from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Science. He has been a certified public accountant (CPA) for over 20 years now.

Mahmoud has a proven experience at the Big Four audit offices in the region. He holds a Bachelor degree in accounting from Menoufia University, and he is currently a CPA candidate
Ahmed Salah
Senior Accountant
Ahmed received his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mansoura, Egypt. He has substantial experience in the following areas: financial report production, account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, tax return preparation, and supporting audit preparation. He is currently on his way to completing his CPA

Ahmed got his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2019. He is an accountant with proven success controlling budgets, administering payroll, and processing invoices accurately and efficiently

Bashir Ahmed acquired his MBA in finance from the University of Punjab, Pakistan, and has CPA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. With his nine years of expertise, he is qualified to manage the accounting division, create financial strategies, contribute to investment decisions, assist in strategic planning for the business, and ensure regulatory compliance.
